Mission and Roles

Support communication within the League and with the public.
Created by a motion of the Board at the 5/3/2023 Board meeting. Per that motion, the Committee is responsible for:

  • Social Media Presence: Communication team creates and publishes social media postings.
    Our Social Media Specialist focuses on building out digital content and strengthening brand visibility. This position is responsible for daily/weekly content creation across our Local League’s multiple social media platforms and tracking social media engagement across multiple channels.
  • Technology & Website: Responsible for the usage, training, and promotion of various technology tools. Currently this includes: our ClubExpress website platform, Zoom account, YouTube account, OutreachCircle, Canva account, Google Analytics, and GSuite.
  • Newsletter & eBlasts: Responsible for publishing a monthly newsletter, eVOTER. Also publish timely eBlasts to members and subscribers about actions and events that need more coverage than appearing only in eVOTER.
