These committees are specifically designated in the Bylaws as required and/or standing committees:
- Bylaws Review Committee
- Budget
- Executive
- Nominating
Creating Committees
The Bylaws state:
"Board shall create and designate such committees as it may deem necessary, including committees chaired by a person who is not a member of the Board, and standing committees required by these Bylaws."
